A specialist in international litigation and arbitration based in Barcelona, Jorge focuses on contentious proceedings related to insolvency and restructuring before Spanish courts and national and international arbitration tribunals. He is an adjunct professor of Civil Law at Pompeu Fabra University and ESADE.
Felipe Carbonell García
Based in Madrid, Felipe regularly advises on mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, and corporate governance for listed and private companies. He also has experience in venture capital and start-up transactions, as well as corporate restructuring. He is a professor of Commercial Law at the Pontifical University of Comillas (ICADE).
Tânia Luísa Faria
Tânia, based in the firm’s Lisbon office, specializes in European Union and competition law, including merger control, cartels, abuse of dominant position, state aid, and private enforcement matters. In recent years, she has led cases in the financial, media, healthcare, telecommunications, aviation, energy, tourism, and pharmaceutical sectors. She holds a PhD in Law from the University of Lisbon, where she teaches as an adjunct professor at the Faculty of Law.

Gonçalo Reino Pires

Mario Montes Santamaría

He has extensive experience in proceedings involving environmental crimes, workplace accidents, industrial safety, public procurement crimes, tax and technology-related crimes, and trade secrets. Miguel Moratinos López
