Automation and its implications for legal areas will be the focus of “Artificial intelligence, data and cybersecurity”, a session that will address the governance of artificial intelligence, data privacy and the measures with which companies strengthen their digital resilience.

Later in the afternoon, “Disputes, Arbitration and Strategic Controversy Management” will bring together experts in conflict resolution to discuss dispute prevention, international arbitration, dispute boards and the efficient management of business conflicts.

The role of the General Counsel within the company will be the focus of “Strategic Leadership of Legal Management,” a panel that will analyze the new models of legal managers who act as strategic business partners and contribute to generating value for their organizations.

Sponsored by Gericó Associates, the Foro Gerencias Legales has brought together legal leaders from major organizations across Latin America since 2023. Each year, General Counsel, legal directors, and those responsible for procuring legal services share their expertise and engage in peer discussions on topics such as governance, compliance, digital transformation, international arbitration, and corporate resilience, focusing on the legal decisions that impact their organizations’ strategy and growth.
