The law firm RCD is expanding its Tax Law practice with the addition of Francisco de Asís García as a new partner. His arrival strengthens a well-established team with a proven track record of advising and representing companies and individuals in complex tax proceedings. This addition reinforces a team of highly specialized professionals in a field characterized by high technical complexity and increasingly sophisticated regulations.
According to Adolf Rousaud, co-managing partner of RCD, “Francisco joins a key practice area for RCD and brings particularly valuable experience in complex tax procedures. His profile perfectly aligns with our commitment to offering specialized, technical advice tailored to each client’s needs.”
Similarly, Ignasi Costas, co-managing partner of the firm, noted that “his arrival adds capabilities to a very well-established area of the firm and will allow us to continue anticipating trends in an environment of increasing technical and regulatory demands. Francisco brings knowledge, sound judgment, and a track record aligned with our way of working, our culture, and our commitment to clients and our team.”
For his part, Francisco emphasized that “joining RCD means becoming part of a solid project with a very defined identity and a team of lawyers with extensive experience, in which José María Durán and Jorge Sarró are two key figures. I am approaching this new stage with enthusiasm and with the goal of adding value and providing the best service to our clients.”
