Pinsent Masons raises its global revenue to 811 million euros

By Heidi Maldonado

Pinsent Masons has presented its financial results for the year ending April 30, 2026, achieving global revenues of 811 million euros.

During the last fiscal year, the firm has maintained its commitment to international growth, innovation and the development of new capabilities to respond to the needs of its clients in strategic sectors such as energy, infrastructure, real estate, technology, financial services and health.

During the year, the firm made progress in executing its international growth strategy, expanding its presence in key markets by opening a new office in Warsaw, launching an international service center in Cape Town, and establishing a strategic alliance with a China Commercial Law Firm. These milestones reinforce the firm’s ability to offer increasingly integrated, specialized, and coordinated advice on a global scale.

Innovation remains a key differentiator in our strategy. During the year, the firm continued investing in the development of its own technological solutions to improve the efficiency and added value of its services, with the launch of tools such as REcapture, designed to streamline data-driven decision-making in real estate transactions, and Portana, designed to optimize and accelerate legal due diligence processes in complex M&A deals. Furthermore, a strategic alliance with Legora was announced, following an extensive pilot program developed in collaboration with several of the firm’s teams. These initiatives reinforce our commitment to innovation and to providing increasingly technological, efficient services that are aligned with our clients’ needs.

The firm’s commitment to global talent has resulted in the addition of 27 partners from other firms and the promotion of 23 internal professionals to partner status. Madrid has clearly reflected this growth strategy, with the addition of prominent professionals such as Belén Lavandera in labor law, Fernando Tallón in litigation, and Lucía González and Leticia Sitges in energy, strengthening the office’s leadership in sectors and practice areas of particular relevance to our clients.

The Madrid office has also made a significant contribution to the firm’s overall results, participating in some of the most important transactions and matters in the market during the year, advising funds, investors, multinationals, and leading companies on complex national and international transactions, as well as on strategic projects and disputes of high legal, technical, and regulatory complexity. This activity demonstrates the strength of a fully integrated office, capable of supporting clients through all phases of their transactions, projects, and disputes, both in Spain and across borders.

Laura Cameron, global managing partner of Pinsent Masons, noted that “in line with our strategy of combining global reach, sector capabilities, and leading practice areas, we have continued to invest in our people, offices, and technology over the past twelve months. These investments position us to support our clients today and in the future. We have the international reach, technological capabilities, and experience to offer our clients something different: a strategic partner focused on creating value and maximizing the impact of our advice.”

Andrew Masraf, senior partner at Pinsent Masons, stated, “This year’s investments reflect our continued commitment to the pillars of our industry strategy: strengthening our market position, scaling our innovative service delivery models, and deepening our presence in the areas where our clients need us most. Our approach, based on industry knowledge, scalable technology solutions, and business advice, has enabled us to participate in some of the most significant transactions in the market over the past year.”

Francisco Aldavero , managing partner of Pinsent Masons in Spain, stated that “these results reflect the strength of our international platform and the trust our clients place in us to support them in increasingly complex projects and transactions. In Spain, we have continued to strengthen our position in strategic sectors, participating in some of the most significant transactions in the market and advancing our growth with the addition of top-tier professionals. All of this reinforces the increasingly important role of the Madrid office within Pinsent Masons and puts us in a very solid position to continue growing.”
