With more than eight years of experience in Pérez Alati, Grondona, Benites & Arntsen, Juan Ignacio Dighero has developed a comprehensive and cross-disciplinary practice, with solid experience in banking and finance law, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, energy, and exchange law, advising local and international clients on complex and technically demanding transactions. Throughout his career at the firm, he has actively participated in strategic transactions, structured financing, cross-border transactions, and projects related to key sectors of the economy.
Juan Ignacio has developed his professional career within the firm, in a sustained journey marked by commitment, dedication, and outstanding technical versatility. Over the years, he has been part of different teams and practice areas, which has allowed him to acquire a broad and deep understanding of his clients’ businesses and how the market works.
He is a lawyer and graduated at the top of his class with a grade point average of 9.49, reflecting an excellent education that has been fully consolidated in his professional performance. Juan Ignacio subsequently continued to further his academic training, reinforcing a professional practice aligned with current market challenges and business developments by completing a Diploma in Blockchain & Cryptocurrencies at the University of CEMA and a Master’s Degree in Business Law at the University of San Andrés.
