MJ Alves Burle e Viana Advogados (MJAB) announced the addition of Thatyane Ribeiro as a new partner, strengthening the firm’s performance in Legal Advocacy.
With a background in Business and Tax Law, Thatyane has solid experience in strategic litigation and handling highly complex cases, acting before the Supreme Federal Court (STF), the Superior Court of Justice (STJ), the Federal and State Courts, and in administrative processes, mainly within the scope of the Administrative Council of Tax Resources (CARF).
The new partner’s experience in different instances and decision-making areas adds to MJAB’s operating model, which focuses on building legal strategies based on a comprehensive understanding of disputes and the factors that can influence their outcome.
