Kepler-Karst Law Firm has signed a collaboration agreement with Harvey, the generative artificial intelligence platform specializing in the legal sector and professional services, with the aim of strengthening the efficiency of its lawyers and enhancing the added value it offers to its clients.
The incorporation of this technology will streamline tasks such as document review, compilation and classification of regulations, case law searches, and drafting, among other functions, allowing the firm’s professionals to focus their efforts on legal analysis, strategy, and specialized advice.
With this decision, the firm, which specializes in business restructurings, insolvencies, sovereign debt and complex litigation, joins the growing adoption of generative artificial intelligence in the Spanish legal sector.
“In a practice like ours, focused on complex operations, we also like to distinguish ourselves by our technical expertise and by our immediate response and action. Harvey allows us to focus on developing innovative legal strategies that truly make a difference for our clients,” said Davinia Sánchez, managing partner of Kepler-Karst.
The firm stressed that the use of Harvey does not replace the professional judgment of lawyers, but rather acts as a support tool intended to improve internal processes and team productivity, while always maintaining human control and supervision in legal advice.
For his part, Jorge Bestard, Vice President of Sales for Harvey in EMEA, highlighted that “more and more firms, regardless of size, are discovering the potential of artificial intelligence to transform the way they work. We are delighted to collaborate with Kepler-Karst and support the firm in its commitment to innovation and excellence in client service.”
The addition of Harvey reinforces Kepler-Karst’s innovation strategy and its commitment to providing the highest quality legal service, supported by the most advanced technological tools on the market.
