With more than 25 years of experience, Casado has developed his professional career in top-level international firms, such as Baker McKenzie, where he was a partner and director of the Litigation and Arbitration Department, and Ashurst LLP, participating in highly complex litigation and arbitration, both national and international.
JRCasado – Estudio Legal focuses on handling civil and commercial litigation before the courts at all levels, including corporate disputes, mergers and acquisitions, real estate and construction litigation, insurance, contractual and extra-contractual liability, unfair competition, class actions, commercial litigation (agency, distribution, and franchise), intellectual property, software litigation, and product liability claims.
