Hogan Lovells Cadwalader advised Alantra Private Equity on the acquisition of a majority stake in Deudafix, one of Spain’s leading providers of technological solutions for debt management and financial services aimed at individuals.
This investment constitutes the fifth operation of Alantra Private Equity Fund IV and will allow Deudafix to boost its next phase of growth through investments in artificial intelligence and automation, the expansion of its debt management platform, the development of new financial products and services, selective acquisitions and its international expansion, initially focused on southern Europe.
With this transaction, Alantra Private Equity continues its investment strategy in companies with high growth potential and the ability to transform and consolidate their respective markets.
Hogan Lovells Cadwalader’s advisory role has been led by partner Graciela Llaneza and senior associate María Gutiérrez, both from the Private Equity team.
