Garrigues’ Partners’ Meeting has approved the promotion of 16 new equity partners, bringing the firm’s total partnership to 370. The appointments, spanning five practice areas and nine offices, underline the firm’s continued commitment to internal talent development and generational renewal. Nearly 60% of Garrigues’ partners have been promoted internally over the past 15 years.
The new equity partners, whose appointments take effect on 1 January 2026, are as follows:
