Interfisa Banco has signed an agreement to acquire a stake in Río Seguros, subject to prior authorization from the Superintendency of Insurance of the Central Bank of Paraguay (BCP). Once approved by the supervisory authority, the transaction will result in Interfisa Banco's complete acquisition of the insurance company.
Ferrere's team provided comprehensive advice on structuring and negotiating the instruments necessary to finalize the acquisition agreement. In parallel, the firm continues to assist Interfisa Banco with regulatory procedures before the Superintendency of Insurance to obtain the corresponding authorizations.
