EY announced the addition of more than 110 specialized professionals, as part of its investment in the strategic expansion of its managed services capabilities in the region.
The initiative will strengthen support services in areas such as finance, accounting, and customer service, among others, allowing the firm to respond quickly and efficiently to the growing demand for business services from multinational and regional clients.
This addition of talent will also help optimize the operation of organizations, giving them access to highly qualified talent, standardized processes and the use of advanced technologies to improve efficiency, quality and decision-making.
“We firmly believe in the quality of the talent available in the region and in the enormous potential that exists to continue developing high-value services, leveraging technology, innovation and best practices,” said Juan Rafael Campos, CEO of EY Central America, Panama and the Dominican Republic, who highlighted that the investment reflects the firm’s leadership and commitment to supporting its clients in their transformation and growth processes.
The expansion is part of EY’s growth strategy in ‘managed services’, a practice that continues to gain relevance among organizations seeking more efficient, flexible and specialized models for business process management, allowing them to focus on their strategic activities.
As Campos explains, for companies, maintaining certain resources internally is becoming increasingly expensive. Therefore, outsourcing processes to experts, especially those with investments in technology like EY, is becoming a key strategy for gaining efficiency and competitiveness.
With this addition, EY reaffirms its commitment to generating professional development opportunities, investing in talent, and strengthening the region as a strategic hub for providing high-value business services.
