Ejaso continues to advance its growth and territorial consolidation strategy with the opening of a new office in Vitoria-Gasteiz, marking its first physical presence in the Basque Country. The new office, located at General Álava 20, strengthens the firm’s presence in the northern region and reinforces its ability to support companies and organizations in the area with specialized, personalized, and multidisciplinary legal advice.
The opening reflects Ejaso’s strategic commitment to continue growing in regions with a strong business, industrial and cultural presence, such as the Basque Country and Navarre, key territories in the economic and business development of northern Spain.
The new office will allow the firm to expand its activity in the three historical territories of the Basque Country – Álava, Bizkaia and Gipuzkoa – as well as in Navarre, consolidating a structure with the capacity to offer high value-added legal advice in different practice areas and strategic sectors.
The office will be led by Silvia Ruiz Moruno, partner in the Media and Entertainment area and specialist in intellectual property, copyright, advertising and marketing, as well as privacy and data protection, areas in which she has a solid track record advising national and international companies linked to creative, audiovisual and business sectors.
“This opening represents an important step in the firm’s growth and reflects our commitment to being close to the Basque business community, offering highly specialized advice tailored to the needs of each client,” said Manuel González-Haba, advisor at Ejaso.
For her part, Silvia Ruiz Moruno highlighted that “the Basque Country and Navarre are going through a particularly relevant moment in sectors such as audiovisual, cultural, industrial and technological, so having a local presence will allow us to offer closer, more strategic support that is aligned with the reality of the territory.”
