The firm Devesa has formalized its membership in Ashoka, the world’s largest network of entrepreneurs, with the aim of orienting its corporate social responsibility strategy towards supporting initiatives that generate systemic and sustainable impact.
The firm joins the international Ashoka Support Network (ASN), a global network of people and organizations committed to positive social change who work closely with the organization to identify, promote and support social entrepreneurs with transformative projects.
This decision follows a logic aligned with the firm’s own activity: if Devesa is dedicated to advising companies to grow, internationalize and consolidate their business model, its social commitment now seeks to facilitate that social entrepreneurs can turn their projects into real solutions to structural problems in society.
Ashoka has over four decades of experience supporting innovative social leaders—the Ashoka Fellows—selected through a rigorous process and mentored throughout their professional lives to maximize their impact. Currently, the organization comprises 4,000 social entrepreneurs in 99 countries, whose projects have been widely replicated and have generated changes in public policy and social norms.
Participation in the ASN allows the firm to integrate into an international community of change agents, access spaces for dialogue on social trends, and collaborate directly with entrepreneurs working in areas such as sustainability, ethical technology, social inclusion, biodiversity, and migration. The network also facilitates meetings with leaders from various sectors, training activities, and opportunities for mentorship and strategic cooperation with selected projects.
