Grupo QX, indirect owner of Chazey Partners Colombia SAS and a leading provider of business process management (BPM) services, sold a stake in said group to Long Ridge Equity Partners, a US-based growth capital firm focused on investing in the technology services, enterprise software, and financial technology sectors.
Long Ridge's £100 million ($129 million) investment is to support QX's strategic growth plans, including enhancing QX platform development and supporting global expansion.
QX specializes in business and digital transformation through consulting services, business process management, and automation technologies (including artificial intelligence) within the accounting, recruitment, real estate, manufacturing, public sector, higher education, healthcare, consumer packaged goods, retail, utilities, and energy sectors. It has a presence in more than 10 countries worldwide.
Based on its unique capabilities and specialized approach, the company's revenue has grown approximately 30% in the last 12 months, and it is rapidly becoming a global leader in the sector.
