Already established as an advisor to key players in the country’s main industries, Costa, Olivares & Palomino—a recognized and award-winning firm listed in prominent legal directories—is expanding its services by incorporating the team from Espinoza & Palomino. The entire legal organization of the acquired firm will thus join Costa, Olivares & Palomino, ensuring continuity and coordination with high standards of quality.
Renato Espinoza and Jorge Palomino, co-founders of the law firm Espinoza & Palomino Abogados, have joined as partners. Renato Espinoza Díaz, a graduate of the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru, has built his career in corporate litigation and highly complex business disputes. Jorge Palomino, for his part, has distinguished himself in the corporate and commercial sector, providing strategic advice to growing companies. Both plan to expand Costa, Olivares & Palomino’s reach to clients in industries such as automotive and hospitality, where they were already recognized for the efficiency and personalized service they provided.
The operation also includes the entry of outstanding professionals as associates: (i) Kenny Vidal, specialist in Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Systems, (ii) Guido Chichizola, with a priority focus on Real Estate Law, (iii) Pedro Márquez, expert in Judicial Labor Law, (iv) Renzo Sifuentes, focused on Tax Law, (v) Juan Antonio Velapatiño, who joins the State Contracting area.
