CCS Abogados surpasses €16 million in revenue after growing by more than 25%

By Heidi Maldonado

CCS Abogados closed the 2025 fiscal year with a turnover of €16.47 million, representing a 25.34% increase compared to the previous year (€13.14 million in 2024). Over the last two fiscal years, the firm has increased its business volume by 140%.

These results reaffirm CCS Abogados’ position as one of the fastest growing firms in the legal sector, reflecting the firm’s evolution in recent years, driven by a business model based on specialization, technological innovation and the ability to manage complex and high-volume litigation, areas in which it has established itself as a major benchmark.

“The results of this exercise confirm the strength of the CCS Abogados project and the outstanding performance of the entire team, and we are reaping the rewards of a clear business strategy: combining legal excellence with technological innovation. These figures provide us with a strong financial position to manage other complex, high-impact class action lawsuits, such as the Booking case,” said Jaime Concheiro, managing partner of CCS Abogados.

Alongside its growth, the firm is expanding its advisory services into new areas, particularly in matters related to venture capital, corporate structures, investment funds and startup advice, sectors that increasingly demand a specialized and multidisciplinary legal approach.

This year also coincides with a significant milestone for the firm: the tenth anniversary of its Madrid headquarters, an office that has become a strategic hub for the firm’s development and national expansion. “Celebrating ten years in Madrid with these results is especially meaningful for us. It reflects the consolidation of the project and encourages us to continue growing, strengthening our team, and expanding our presence in key sectors of the economy,” added Concheiro.

With this trajectory, CCS Abogados continues to advance in its growth strategy, with the aim of further expanding its presence in the legal market and offering innovative legal solutions adapted to the new needs of companies and investors.

La batalla legal contra Booking

Throughout its history, the firm has successfully handled major class action lawsuits. The most recent and largest case CCS Abogados is handling is the claim against Booking.com BV regarding anti-competitive contractual clauses imposed on Spanish hotels. The Spanish Confederation of Hotels and Tourist Accommodation (CEHAT) has entrusted the firm to represent its 16,000 member companies in this highly impactful litigation for the tourism sector. Furthermore, CCS Abogados is coordinating its actions with the German law firm SGP Schneider Geiwitz, which has litigated against Booking.com in Germany, the Netherlands, and before the Court of Justice of the EU.
