Caro & Asociados and B Law announced the integration with B Law & Tax, a Spanish firm based in Madrid and recognized for its high specialization in international tax and legal advice and for its experience supporting clients with business, wealth and cross-border interests.
This operation represents a new milestone in the international expansion strategy of Caro & Asociados, thus reinforcing its presence in Spain through integration with a firm with more than 20 years of experience and a team of 20 professionals, recognized by the local market and by leading international directories such as Chambers & Partners, Legal 500 or ITR.
As part of this new phase, Alfonso Garrido and Inmaculada Pineda will remain partners at B Law & Tax, ensuring the continuity of local expertise, client relationships, and the high technical standards that characterize the firm. B Law & Tax has advised on over €1.2 billion in assets, serves clients in 82 countries—72% of which are international—and maintains a 95% client retention rate.
Alfonso Garrido is a founding partner and director of B Law & Tax since 2005 and has extensive experience advising national and international companies and clients on tax matters, gained at prestigious national and international law firms. Inmaculada Pineda, managing partner, leads a practice with a strong international focus, specializing in advising corporate groups, high-net-worth clients, foreign investors, and investment structures in Spain.
B Law & Tax will initially retain its name as part of a progressive integration strategy, aimed at preserving its market position and enhancing it within a broader international platform.
