Auxadi, a global firm providing accounting, tax, payroll, transfer pricing, and corporate legal services, has reached an agreement to integrate Gentile Law, a tax boutique specializing in providing services to family offices and high-net-worth individuals in global mobility, international taxation, and corporate services, by integrating its CEO and founder, Lucía Goy, and her entire team into the Auxadi structure.
Lucía Goy will lead the new global practice for family offices and high-net-worth individuals, consolidating Auxadi’s growth in the Spanish market, both as a gateway for foreign capital and as a bridge connecting with the Americas and Europe, with the aim of continuing to grow in the more than 50 markets in which Auxadi currently operates.
This operation is part of Auxadi’s growth strategy to “build the best professional services firm in all the countries in which we operate” and continues the path of strategic acquisitions made in recent years in Central America, the Netherlands, Greece, Luxembourg, Italy, Belgium and Spain itself.
Auxadi, led by Víctor Salamanca, has experienced rapid expansion over the past 15 years, growing from operations in Spain and Portugal to offices in 26 jurisdictions, serving 2,000 clients in more than 50 countries. This growth is supported by its MySPV technology platform and a team of over 350 professionals. Auxadi has established itself as a strategic partner in internationalization processes with its accounting, tax, payroll, transfer pricing, and corporate legal services.
Gentile Law, founded by Lucía Goy in Madrid, has positioned itself as one of the leading firms for family offices and large fortunes, in areas such as tax planning, international mobility, offering solutions in international taxation and corporate legal structuring.
Commenting on the transaction, Víctor Salamanca, CEO and Executive Chairman of Auxadi, stated that “the influx of foreign capital, especially from high-net-worth individuals and family offices in Latin America, into Spain requires experts who can offer agile and comprehensive solutions. At the same time, supporting Spanish capital in its investments abroad requires experts we can trust. Adding Gentile Law and Lucía Goy to the firm allows us to offer a comprehensive service in a tremendously dynamic and demanding environment. I have known Lucía for many years. Her innovative approach, reputation, and client-centric culture are a perfect fit for Auxadi. We are very proud to continue strengthening our team with the addition of such outstanding individuals and professionals as Lucía and her team.”
For her part, Lucía Goy, CEO of Gentile Law, stated that “joining Auxadi means multiplying our capacity to make an impact. Leading the Family Offices and international mobility area, and doing so on the platform that Auxadi offers, will allow us to bring our services to more markets, more clients, and with greater technological capabilities. We share a vision, values, and the same way of understanding client service. We are very excited about this new stage.”
