Aurenincorporated the Valencian firm Ifedes with the aim of strengthening its capabilities in strategic consulting, market development and organizational transformation.
With over 30 years of experience, Ifedes has established itself as a leading firm in supporting companies in their growth processes, specializing in market orientation, business model transformation and strategic development from a comprehensive approach.
This integration will strengthen Auren’s Consulting division by incorporating a multidisciplinary team of 15 professionals with extensive experience in strategy, marketing, sales, internationalization, innovation, organization and change management.
Joining the team as a partner is Tomás Guillén, who has extensive experience in strategic consulting, innovation, entrepreneurship and investment, and has been the CEO of Grupo Ifedes since 1992.
Guillén also has a strong connection to the entrepreneurial and investment ecosystem. He was the founding president of the national business angel network BIGBAN, and for over 20 years, he has participated as an entrepreneur and investor in more than 50 companies. He has served as president of the Association of Consulting Firms of the Valencian Community and as a member of the Board of Directors of the Spanish Federation of Consulting Firms (FENAC-CEOE). He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Valencian Business Confederation (CEPYMEV-CEV).
For over three decades, Ifedes has developed its own model designed to accelerate organizations’ adaptation to the market, combining market development with change management.
