Ashurst Perkins Coie strengthened the Procedural Law and Arbitration area in Madrid with the addition of Borja Pérez-Puente as a new counsel in its Madrid office.
Borja joins Ashurst Perkins Coie from Three Crowns, a firm specializing in international arbitration. Previously, he worked in the litigation and arbitration team at Clifford Chance. He has over 10 years of experience in complex litigation and commercial and investment arbitrations, representing companies and states in their strategic disputes in the aerospace, rail, technology, construction, and energy sectors. Borja also serves as an arbitrator in international disputes.
He is currently co-coordinator of the -40 division of the Spanish and Ibero-American Arbitration Club (CEIA-40), co-director of the International Arbitration Seminars and Courses (IASC), and co-founder and member of the steering committee of the Comillas Alumni International Arbitration Club. He also publishes and is regularly invited to speak on topics related to international arbitration.

She holds a double degree in Law and Business Administration from Comillas Pontifical University (ICADE E3), and is a member of the Madrid Bar Association (ICAM) and the Madrid Association of Economists. She is fluent in Spanish, French, and English.
