Marval O'Farrell Mairal will hold the eighth edition of the Marval Summit on Compliance, Anti-Corruption, and Investigations on September 18, the regional meeting that brings together top-level specialists in regulatory compliance, internal investigations and anti-corruption.
The agenda will feature more than 20 local and international experts, including representatives from public agencies, law firms, companies, and leading consultancies. Topics to be addressed include:
- The impact of the new Criminal Procedure Code on internal investigations.
- Regulatory trends in the US and their impact on Latin America.
- Cybersecurity risks in compliance programs.
- Integrity in key sectors such as mining, pharma and technology.
The event will be hosted by Marval partners Lorena Schiariti and Andrés O'Farrell, and will combine a local, regional and international perspective on the main challenges today.
