Andersen Iberia has integrated Martín & Parés Abogados to strengthen its litigation practice and its capacity to advise and represent companies in Catalonia. The addition of Eva López Parés and Víctor J. Martín as partners in the Litigation practice, along with a team of four professionals, brings experience in commercial litigation, contractual liability, and white-collar crime in highly regulated sectors.
The acquisition is part of the firm’s strategy, led by José Vicente Morote, to drive growth by incorporating specialized teams that complement its capabilities and allow it to handle more complex matters. With this integration, the Barcelona office now has 42 professionals, 11 of whom are Partners.

Eva López Parés holds a law degree from Pompeu Fabra University, which she complemented with a postgraduate degree from the same university. She has over 25 years of experience in commercial litigation, particularly in contractual matters and intellectual and industrial property law. She has appeared before civil courts and tribunals throughout Spain and before the General Court of the European Union.
Víctor J. Martín holds a law degree from the University of Barcelona and has over 25 years of experience. Prior to practicing law, he served as a criminal court judge in Barcelona. He has a Master’s degree in Legal Sciences from Pompeu Fabra University and is a specialist in the prevention and detection of money laundering, having studied at the University of Granada. He combines his professional practice with teaching and participating in conferences and congresses.
