Andersen Iberia closed 2025 with a turnover of 80 million euros, representing a 13.3% increase compared to the previous year. Since 2020, the company has increased its revenue by 255.56%, reinforcing its model of continuous growth.
José Vicente Morote, managing partner of Andersen Iberia, stated that “the 2025 results confirm the solidity of our project and the strength of a model based on specialization, quality, and coordinated work across practices, industries, and regions,” adding that “we have experienced sustained growth in recent years and continue to move forward with the same ambition.” In this regard, Andersen recently announced the integration of PRA – Raposo, Sá Miranda & Associados, with which it expects to exceed €110 million in revenue in Iberia by the end of 2026.
The data from the last fiscal year confirms a balanced business structure across practice areas. Corporate (25%) and Tax (24%) stand out, followed by Litigation (15%) and Public Law (13%), while Labor Law contributes 10% and Cultural Law 7%. Real Estate (4%) and Legaltech (2%) complete a diversified distribution that reflects the breadth and complementarity of the services.
By region, Spain accounts for 92% of revenue. In terms of office distribution, Madrid leads with 46% of the total, followed by Valencia (23%), Seville (9%), and Lisbon (8%). Malaga reaches 6% and Barcelona 5%, while Bilbao and Porto represent 3% and 1%, respectively. This structure demonstrates a solid and balanced presence in both regions.
In terms of internal collaboration, Andersen has a highly cohesive operating model that increases synergies and enhances the client value proposition. Cross-selling reached 30% in 2025, equivalent to €21.45 million. The cross-departmental and industry-wide dynamic demonstrates strong coordination, with Corporate and Tax leading the way in outsourcing, followed by Public, Litigation, and Real Estate, and with consistent contributions from Labor, Human Resources, and Legaltech.
In terms of professional structure, Andersen reached a total of 544 professionals in 2025, 108 of whom were partners. The firm has a young demographic profile, with 56% of professionals under 43 years of age and an average age of 37. It also maintains a virtually equal composition, with 51% women and 49% men, reinforcing a diverse and balanced talent model.
Keys to 2025: social commitment, digital transformation and integrations
Throughout 2025, Andersen significantly advanced several strategic initiatives, seeking not only to strengthen continuous improvement but also to increase its social commitment. Among the year’s key milestones was the launch of the Andersen Foundation, dedicated to promoting equal access to educational opportunities. “The Foundation demonstrates our commitment to people and the communities where we operate,” stated José Vicente Morote, Managing Partner of Andersen Iberia. The project was created with the aim of actively contributing to the improvement of the societies in which the firm operates.
In the area of innovation, the firm incorporated Legora’s generative AI legal tool, reinforcing its commitment to technological transformation. It also signed an agreement with One Million Bot to offer artificial intelligence services to companies, institutions, and public administrations under the highest standards of legal security.
During 2025, Andersen Iberia also advanced its expansion and integration strategy. The opening of the Porto office and the addition of Teixeira & Guimarães, a firm specializing in banking, new technologies, and digital business, strengthens its position in Portugal, along with the integration of Santos de Oliveira & Associados , a boutique firm specializing in criminal and procedural law. In Spain, the integrations of MTA Legal in Málaga and Ramírez Mora Abogados in Seville stand out, in line with the objective of adding teams with in-depth knowledge of the local business landscape.
In 2025, the firm launched its NewLaw area, specializing in alternative legal solutions within the Commercial/M&A Department, and introduced its German Desk to advise clients from Germany, Austria, and Switzerland operating in Spain, as well as Spanish companies with interests in German-speaking countries.
