Andersen Iberia has launched the Miami Hub, a strategic point from which the firm will coordinate advice to Latin American, Spanish and international clients – including high-net-worth individuals, business families, investors and companies – with interests between Spain, Latin America, the United States and other markets.
With this initiative, Andersen Iberia reinforces its position as a strategic partner for clients with international activity, relying on its experience in cross-border operations and the coordination of teams specializing in taxation, wealth planning, real estate investment, family business and business law.
José Vicente Morote, managing partner of Andersen Iberia, highlighted that this opening responds to a growing demand from the firm’s clients, “more and more companies and high-net-worth individuals are requesting advice that is not limited to a single jurisdiction, but rather provides a comprehensive understanding of their operations, taxation, and legal risks across different countries. With the Miami Hub, we are addressing this need, offering a physical and operational point of reference that reinforces our value proposition as an integrated firm.”
The Miami Hub is led by Jorge Martínez Alemán, counsel at Andersen, with a solid track record in tax and wealth management advice for business families and high-net-worth individuals. A graduate in Business Administration from the University of Valencia, he furthered his education with a Master’s degree in Taxation and a Master’s degree in International Taxation from CEF. In addition to his specialization in international taxation, he has extensive experience in real estate transactions in Spain and in tax advice for athletes. Nominated by Chambers’ Chambers High Net Worth Directory for 2023, 2024, and 2025, Mr. Martínez Alemán is an active member of the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Miami, Florida.
