Afianza has reached a turnover of €83.2 million in 2025, representing a 53% increase compared to the previous year, in which the firm billed €54.3 million. Afianza thus consolidates its position as one of the leading companies in the professional services sector.
In line with this expansion, Afianza has continued to strengthen its team during 2025, exceeding 1,100 employees at year-end, which has allowed it to reinforce its structure to respond to new market demands and the incorporation of new services.
Boost to the strategic plan
Afianza has launched an ambitious strategic plan for the next three years, with which it expects to increase its annual turnover by 30 million euros and add more than 500 new professionals to its team each year.
The new strategic plan will be based on three main pillars. First, it will strengthen its service offering to meet all the needs of the business sector. To this end, Afianza will drive both organic and inorganic growth through acquisitions in four key areas: business advisory services, law firms, auditing firms, and consulting firms. Second, the firm will adapt its services to the specific needs of all types of companies, from SMEs to mid-market companies and large corporations. Finally, it will expand its geographic coverage to have a presence in Spain’s main cities.
Main milestones 2025
The past year has been marked by several key strategic milestones that have reinforced Afianza’s position as one of the leading firms in comprehensive professional services for all types of companies.
The €34 million syndicated financing led by Oquendo Capital and CaixaBank in March allowed the firm to accelerate its acquisition strategy by integrating 16 specialized companies such as Epimetheus, Idea Asesores, Leiva Asesores Legales, QualityConta and Asevi Asesores, among others, which have strengthened Afianza’s multidisciplinary structure and expanded its territorial presence in Spain with the opening of new offices in Malaga, Barcelona and Vitoria, which are added to the existing offices in Madrid, Ibiza, Oviedo, Bilbao, Granada and Albacete.
Another milestone this year has been the creation of several new business areas, such as the Real Estate unit, designed to offer comprehensive asset management, brokerage, and investment services, and the Technology area, through the creation of Orbitant, a technology services company specializing in helping businesses with their digital transformation. Afianza has also strengthened its legal department by adding several highly experienced professionals and has enhanced its grants department, thus expanding its service offerings. The Strategy & Transactions area has also been boosted, completing 12 deals with a combined value exceeding €100 million.
Strengthening the team has been another key pillar in 2025. Afianza has brought on board several professionals to reinforce key areas such as legal, financial, and real estate advisory services. These additions, along with the integration of highly qualified teams from the acquired companies, have allowed Afianza to consolidate a multidisciplinary structure to meet its clients’ challenges in an increasingly competitive environment.
Additionally, Afianza has been involved in one of the major real estate transactions of 2025, relocating its corporate headquarters to the Torre Emperador Castellana, located in Madrid’s Cinco Torres district. Spanning 6,505 square meters, the new offices reflect the firm’s growth in recent years and its commitment to providing a modern, efficient, and sustainable work environment for its team.
“This year has been marked by growth in revenue and talent, and has also boosted our value proposition for our clients, allowing us to consolidate our position in the professional services sector. Thanks to the financial backing of partners like BlackRock, along with the integration of new companies and the launch of new units, we have been able to accelerate our growth strategy. In 2026, we will remain committed to expanding our offering and team, investing in talent and integrating new companies to support businesses,” highlighted José Luis Cogolludo, CEO of Afianza.
