Addleshaw Goddard (AG) closed the financial year 2025/26 (ending on April 30, 2026) with record results that consolidate nine consecutive years of growth in both revenue and profit.
During this period, the firm increased its revenue by 17%, reaching £644 million, compared to £551 million the previous year. Distributable profit also grew by 17%, to £262 million. This growth was accompanied by an expansion of the firm’s global structure, with an 8% increase in the number of partners, reaching 479, and a 9% increase in staff, which now totals 3,216 professionals.
In this regard, Andrew Johnston, managing partner of Addleshaw Goddard, said, “This has been a year in which we have consolidated the firm’s growth trajectory. We have achieved very positive results thanks to the strengthening of our client relationships, the increase in our market share, and the acquisition of new clients in both established and emerging markets. All business areas have progressed significantly, with outstanding results across our various sectors and geographies. We are also particularly proud of the development of our offices outside the UK; our platforms in Europe and the Middle East continue to mature.”

A year marked by investment and growth
- Coinciding with the publication of these results, the firm opened its Amsterdam office on July 1st, the 22nd in its international network, following the integration of Florent, one of the leading corporate law firms in the Netherlands, which brings 17 partners and more than 60 lawyers. This brings the firm’s total to 22 offices across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
- Opening of new offices in Warsaw and Abu Dhabi, bringing the international network of offices to 21 during the year.
- Relocation to the firm’s new headquarters at 41 Lothbury, in the City of London.
- New offices in Edinburgh, Glasgow and Riyadh.
