Broseta strengthened its Procedural and Insolvency department with the addition of Victor Fernández as a partner for its Barcelona office within the framework of its ‘Horizon 27’ strategic plan.
A judge specializing in commercial law and currently on leave, Víctor Fernández entered the judiciary in 1999 and served in the Commercial Courts of Palma de Mallorca from 2004. In 2019, he joined Lexaudit, bringing extensive experience in commercial law and a strong specialization in providing legal advice to companies.
The new partner has extensive experience in commercial litigation, corporate disputes, directors’ liability, and challenges to corporate resolutions, among other areas. He possesses broad experience in providing strategic advice to companies in crisis situations, combining litigation expertise with in-depth knowledge of insolvency and pre-insolvency law. His work as an independent expert in highly significant and complex restructuring processes, including those of Celsa and Duro Felguera, is also noteworthy.
A graduate in Law from the Complutense University of Madrid, Víctor is the author of numerous publications and regularly participates as a speaker in the main forums specializing in Commercial and Insolvency Law.
