Deloitte Legal strengthens its position in Andalusia with the addition of Juan Urbano as a new partner in the Labor Law practice. A team of five professionals specializing in Labor Law and Social Security has also joined the firm, bringing extensive experience advising companies in the region’s most important sectors, as well as in-depth knowledge of the Andalusian business landscape.
This operation is part of Deloitte’s expansion strategy in Andalusia. With over 15 years of experience, Juan Urbano has built his career advising companies in various sectors on Labor Law and Social Security. He has extensive experience supporting companies in managing their labor relations, as well as advising on collective bargaining processes and restructurings, union relations, supplementary social security, and special employment relationships for senior management or professional athletes.
Until joining Deloitte Legal, he headed the Malaga office of one of the leading law firms specializing in this discipline in Spain, where he led the advice to entities in the financial, consumer and services sectors.
In addition to his professional activity, Juan has maintained a close connection with the academic field as a teacher in various training programs and has participated in the preparation of specialized publications on Labor Law and Social Security, which has contributed to consolidating his recognition in this field.
