DLA Piper announced the promotion of Roberto Berendson to partner in its Corporate and M&A practice in Lima.
Berendson advises clients on highly complex corporate and transactional matters, including commercial contracts, corporate reorganizations, capital markets, project development, investment funds, and private equity. His practice is strengthened by a broad business perspective, acquired through private practice, in-house positions in the telecommunications and infrastructure sectors, and his time at DLA Piper’s New York office.
