Román Mejías, who has a proven track record, has advised on complex financing transactions, working with a client portfolio that includes financial institutions, multinational corporations, and investment funds, both in Spain and in international markets. He specializes in direct lending, non-performing loans (NPLs), refinancings, debt restructurings, and the coordination of multinational structures.
