Moar Abogados, as part of its strategy to strengthen its advisory services in corporate operations, financing, and highly complex transactions, has added Álvaro Carrasco Benavides, former Vice President of Legal, Compliance & ESG at Camposol, as a partner. His arrival brings to the firm 10 years of experience at top law firms and in-house expertise in board decisions and multi-jurisdictional business transactions.
The firm noted that Carrasco’s addition will allow him to apply the experience gained from within a global company to private practice and support companies with a vision that integrates the legal, financial, operational, and reputational aspects of their decisions.
