A Certified Public Accountant from the National University of Colombia, with specializations in Tax Law and International Tax Law from the Externado University of Colombia, Manuel Fernando Benítez Tinoco has a professional career of more than 20 years in tax consulting, tax outsourcing, due diligence, regulatory compliance, transfer pricing and territorial taxes.
Prior to joining Deloitte, he served as a tax partner at a professional services firm, where he led multidisciplinary teams, managed strategic client relationships, and promoted new business opportunities, with a special focus on the Medellín market.
His arrival strengthens Deloitte’s capabilities in Business Tax services and helps consolidate a comprehensive value proposition for clients across various industries. Furthermore, it reinforces the firm’s local presence and expands its ability to support organizations in managing the tax and regulatory challenges of today’s business environment.
