Zadal has appointed Jaime Hornillos as a counselor in its Real Estate practice. This move aligns with the firm’s growth strategy and strengthens its ability to offer comprehensive advice on highly complex real estate transactions.

Jaime Hornillos has extensive experience in the real estate sector, having advised national and international clients, companies, institutions, investment funds and family offices in recent years on investment and divestment operations in real estate assets, development, financing, construction and leasing.
Before joining Zadal, he spent most of his professional career at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo. Jaime also holds a law degree and a Master’s degree in Stock Exchange and Financial Markets from IEB.
