In addition to his professional practice, he has taught at the University of the Hemispheres and served as an arbitration secretary at the Arbitration and Mediation Center of the Quito Chamber of Commerce.

Gino has over 10 years of professional experience as a member of the M&A and Corporate team at Bustamante Fabara, focusing on business advisory services and the structuring of complex investments and transactions. He has advised buyers and sellers on transactions across various strategic sectors, participating in some of the most significant and landmark transactions in the Ecuadorian market. His experience includes drafting and reviewing highly complex contracts, as well as participating in due diligence processes, negotiation, and closing of transactions in multiple industries.
About Juan Bernardo Guarderas
Juan Bernardo focuses his practice on banking and finance, securities markets, and corporate law, advising multilateral and bilateral organizations, investors, and companies on complex transactions.
