These two firms were previously senior associates. Teresa Trigueros has over 15 years of experience in Labor Law, having assumed the legal direction of numerous contentious and non-contentious matters for national and multinational companies.

She regularly advises companies in sectors such as banking, insurance, energy, distribution, tourism, services, media, and new technologies. She has extensive experience in the design and implementation of labor-related aspects of business or business unit transfers, collective dismissals, collective bargaining agreements, substantial modifications to working conditions, and non-application of collective agreements. She also regularly advises senior executives and professional athletes.

He has led legal proceedings before all instances of the social jurisdictional order, consolidating a profile of high technical and strategic specialization.

Patricia Madrona, for her part, is a specialist in strategic labor law consulting, with extensive experience in designing legal solutions related to dismissals and severance pay, collective bargaining, union elections, internal flexibility measures, corporate restructuring, and business succession. She has significant experience in representing clients before the Labor and Social Security Inspectorate and in the legal representation of cases before the labor courts. She is an equality officer specializing in investigations and reports on discrimination and harassment, as well as in the design and implementation of equality plans, and advises companies in sectors such as healthcare, industry, food, distribution, services, the public sector, and new technologies.

Madrona has combined her professional practice with teaching at the European University (Valencia campus), the Foundation for Stock Market and Financial Studies, and the Catholic University of Valencia, in postgraduate programs specializing in legal advice and human resources. Since 2020, she has been president of the Equality Observatory of the Valencia Bar Association.
