The Mexican law firm Basham, Ringe y Correa announced the renewal of its Executive Committee, following an internal election process carried out in accordance with its corporate governance rules and institutional practices.
As a result of this process, Amílcar Peredo has been appointed managing partner, while Juan Carlos Serra has been elected deputy managing partner. Both have extensive experience within the firm, where they have served on various committees and played an active role in its management and strategy development over the years.
Alongside Peredo and Serra, the renewed Executive Committee is completed by partners Gilberto Valle, Juan Carlos Hernández, and David Puente, who have also served on other committees at the firm. This composition reflects balanced leadership, with a deep understanding of the firm, a comprehensive grasp of the jurisdictions and markets in which Basham operates, and a shared commitment to its values and future growth.
