Marval O´Farrell Mairal announced the appointment of Luciana Martina Virgile and Manuela Adrogué as partners of the firm.
Luciana Virgile joined Marval in 2013 and currently works in the Tax area.He specializes in comprehensive tax advice, primarily for large companies in the automotive, telecommunications, banking, software, energy, mining, pharmaceutical, and food industries. He has experience in structuring, M&A, and other corporate transactions; and provides general tax advice on domestic taxes, international taxation, and transfer pricing.
She graduated as a lawyer from the University of Buenos Aires in 2013 and has completed a specialization in tax law at the Faculty of Law and Social Sciences of the University of Buenos Aires.
On the other hand, Manuela Adrogué joined Marval in 2019 and currently works in the Intellectual Property area.His practice covers a wide range of activities including privacy and data protection, negotiation and international transfer agreements for personal data protection, information technology mergers and acquisitions transactions, intellectual property agreements, information technology agreements, and anti-counterfeiting and anti-piracy.
She graduated as a lawyer from Torcuato Di Tella University in 2012.
