He has more than 20 years of experience as a tax planning specialist. He has extensive experience in private clients and private wealth, advising family groups, family offices, and on M&A transactions, asset acquisitions, and financial product issuances, as well as in tax risk control and reporting and in managing relationships with tax authorities. He holds a law degree from the University of Deusto and a master’s degree in tax consulting from the Instituto de Empresa, where he is a professor. He has taught at various institutions and contributed to several tax publications and courses.
Carolina Menichetti | Real Estate M&A Partner
He has more than two decades of experience advising investors, corporations, financial institutions, and business groups on real estate projects, mergers and acquisitions, asset sales, and corporate reorganizations. She also specializes in partnership agreements and capital and debt issuances and has been featured in leading international rankings, such as Chambers & Partners (Band 1 in Real Estate), Legal 500 (Hall of Fame), IFLR1000 (Highly Regarded in M&A), and Best Lawyers. She holds a law degree and an Executive MBA from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, actively participates in sustainability, diversity, and inclusion initiatives, and is a member of the Advisory Board of Fundación Pro Bono.
