HD Legal announced the appointment of Soledad Marín Ortúzar as director of the Real Estate, Engineering, and Construction division, recognizing her outstanding professional career and leadership.

Soledad has more than 12 years of experience in corporate, real estate, and business law matters, leading the daily advisory and legal management of companies and real estate firms, accompanying them in the development of their businesses and projects. Her expertise in real estate law, urban regulations, construction, and project financing has been key in multiple complex operations.
She joined HD Legal in 2024 as a senior associate in the Real Estate, Engineering, and Construction area, and in December 2025, she assumed the position of director of the area, with the mission of strengthening the firm’s strategic legal advice.
In addition to her institutional role, Soledad is the founder of Women in Real Estate (WRE), the first network of female lawyers specializing in real estate law, urban planning, construction, regulations, and project financing in Chile. WRE aims to raise the profile, connect, and empower female talent in the world of real estate, promoting spaces for collaboration, leadership, and professional development among women working in this field.
Soledad is a lawyer from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and is recognized in the Best Lawyers ranking in the Real Estate Law category.
