Senior attorney (Mexico City):
Aldo González Melo practices in the areas of corporate, projects, structured and public (subnational) finance, as well as in the structuring of cross-border, international, infrastructure, and energy transactions. He mainly represents financial institutions acting as lenders, organizers, bookrunners, and agents in all types of secured and unsecured financial transactions, including term loans, revolving lines, bridge loans, syndicated financing, governance, social, and environmental (ESG) loans, and discount products (factoring).

Tomas E. Castellanos focuses his practice on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including the financing, acquisition, disposition, leasing, and development of real estate assets. He advises developers, investors, and joint ventures on complex real estate transactions for the acquisition, development, and construction of real estate assets, including international clients interested in investing in the United States, with a special focus on Spanish and Latin American clients.

Annelise Del Rivero focuses her practice on commercial litigation, representing international and domestic clients in civil disputes. Her practice includes assisting clients in the early resolution of disputes through settlement negotiations and mediation.

Alec M.
