Auren announced the addition of Eduardo Romero, partner in the Consulting division since 2012, to the firm's Board of Directors.

He has a solid track record of over 25 years in consulting, and for more than two decades he has been part of Auren, where for the last 13 years he has developed his career as a partner in the Strategy and Processes division. He holds a degree in Biology, specializing in Biotechnology, from the Complutense University of Madrid and a Master's degree in Total Quality Management from the ETSII of the Polytechnic University of Madrid. He is also an IRCA-certified ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 lead auditor. In academia, he has taught for eight years in the Master's Program in Quality Management and at the Madrid Excelente Chair at Rey Juan Carlos University.
Eduardo Romero joins the Board, replacing Javier Cantera, who served as president of the Consulting division, a key area of the firm that has grown by 66% in the last five years. His humanistic leadership, combined with deep technical knowledge, has been instrumental in consolidating Auren's position in this field. Cantera will remain with the firm as a member of the Advisory Board and will continue to actively participate in various projects.
The Board of Directors of Auren currently consists of Mario Alonso, José Luis Galipienso, Ignacio Irígoras, and, from now on, Eduardo Romero, along with David Torralba and Matthias Geyssens, representing Waterland. Mario Alonso will continue to serve as Chairman of the Board.
