Ceca Magán Abogados has added Javier Martín-Merino as a partner in its Real Estate and Urban Planning practice, at a time of increasing regulatory complexity and a transformation of the urban development model. His addition strengthens the firm’s ability to advise on real estate and infrastructure projects with a comprehensive approach, combining technical expertise, strategic vision, and extensive experience. This is further enhanced by the integration of his team, with Marina Vidal as the senior associate in the practice.
The firm thus increases its capacity to support developers, investors and economic operators in complex projects that require in-depth technical knowledge and fluid communication with Public Administrations, in a context of increasing regulatory and normative complexity.
Esteban Ceca, managing partner of Ceca Magán Abogados, commented that “the addition of Javier Martín Merino responds to a very specific market need: highly specialized urban planning advice, capable of providing legal certainty and strategic vision in increasingly complex projects. His profile strengthens our value proposition in the real estate sector and fits perfectly with our firm’s model, which is focused on high-impact transactions and long-term relationships with our clients”.
