This new entity serves as a common structure for the design and deployment of comprehensive AI solutions conceived under a compliant-by-design approach, in which regulatory compliance is not an added layer but a guiding principle that accompanies each project from its inception to its production launch. Legit & Legal Intelligence is part of the alliance established in 2025 between the two institutions, which already identified the convergence of technological innovation and legal certainty as a structural market necessity.
The launch of Legit & Legal Intelligence comes at a time when digital sovereignty has acquired paramount strategic importance, in parallel with the progressive implementation of the European Artificial Intelligence Regulation and the growing demand for oversight of automated systems. Dependence on proprietary models developed and controlled outside of Europe poses increasing risks for public administrations and private organizations, both in terms of data control and operational continuity and technological autonomy.
Faced with this scenario, Legit & Legal Intelligence is committed to technological solutions fully adapted to the European regulatory framework and, when the use case requires it, to native European architectures designed to facilitate compliance with the AI Regulation and the GDPR from day one, without sacrificing efficiency or assuming unnecessary risks.
