Ecija has been recognized with two nominations in the IFLR Americas Awards 2026, one of the main international recognitions of the legal sector in the region, which this year are being held in collaboration with The Lawyer.
On the one hand, Ecija has been selected as a finalist in the Dominican Republic category, which recognizes the leading firms in the Dominican market for the quality, sophistication and innovation of their work.
Adding to this recognition is the individual nomination of Christian Molina, partner at Ecija, in the Latin America Outstanding Contribution to Regulatory Reform category, intended to distinguish professionals who have made a particularly relevant contribution to the evolution and modernization of the regulatory framework in Latin America.
This double recognition reinforces Ecija’s position as one of the leading firms in Latin America and highlights both the strength of its local capabilities and the contribution of its professionals to the development of new legal and regulatory frameworks in constantly transforming markets.
The IFLR Americas Awards annually recognize firms, lawyers, teams, and operations that stand out for their legal innovation, the complexity and sophistication of their work, and their impact on the market. In 2026, the awards are presented jointly with The Lawyer, expanding their scope to also recognize the work and strategies that are transforming the legal market on both sides of the Atlantic.
The winners will be announced on October 15th in New York.
