Siqueira Castro inaugurated its new headquarters in Rio de Janeiro on August 10th, located in the Torre Almirante, a Class A corporate building in the city center. This move is part of a strategic shift aligned with the firm’s positioning as a business consultancy with legal expertise.

The approach chosen for the new space responds to a premise that directly aligns with SiqueiraCastro’s values: strategic transformation. The architectural design choices create a sophisticated and elegant environment, marked by contemporary style. The project was developed by D+E Turnkey, an architecture and engineering firm specializing in large corporate projects.
The space was designed to foster collaboration between teams and integrate different practices, bringing the multidisciplinary culture that guides the firm’s work into the physical environment. The infrastructure offers meeting rooms, collaborative spaces, and technology suited to the demands of a full-solution consultancy with national operations and international partnerships.

“When we choose a new address, we are saying who we are and where we are going. We are investing seriously in Rio de Janeiro. A good environment is essential for good work. When the team comes together, collaborates, and takes pride in where they are, that reaches the client,” stated Carlos Fernando Siqueira Castro, CEO of SiqueiraCastro Advogados.
Technology, design and sustainability
The Almirante Tower brings together design, technology, and sustainability in a structure that reaches 120 meters in height in the heart of downtown Rio de Janeiro. The building boasts LEED v4.1 O+M Gold certification and a Fitwel 2 Star Rating, international benchmarks for quality of the built environment and workplace well-being.
The location enhances the reach of the operation. With direct access to Santos Dumont Airport, the Praça XV Ferry Station, the VLT (highway rail), and the Carioca Metro station, the new address expands connections with clients, partners, and collaborators throughout the metropolitan region.

The choice of building, the location, the architectural project decisions: every aspect is in line with SiqueiraCastro’s DNA and with the commitments made as a signatory of the UN Global Compact, making sustainability part of the operation.
