Pérez-Llorca is the Ibero-American firm with the highest number of practices classified in Band 1 in the Chambers Latin America 2027 guide, prepared by Chambers & Partners, one of the most prestigious international legal directories.
The firm has achieved 12 practices in Band 1 and 12 in Band 2, placing 24 areas among the top two categories in the Chambers Latin America rankings. This positions Pérez-Llorca as the Ibero-American firm with the most practices in Bands 1 and 2, a recognition that highlights the excellence of its teams, the trust of its clients, and the prestige the firm has earned in the region.
In total, Pérez-Llorca received 51 rankings across practice areas in this year’s edition of Chambers Latin America. These results solidify the firm’s position in the region and reflect the strength of its teams in Mexico, Colombia, and Peru, reaffirming an internationalization strategy that has made Pérez-Llorca the leading legal platform in Latin America.

In Peru, the firm (resulting from the integration of Miranda & Amado with Pérez-Llorca) reaches six practices in Band 1, after the promotion of Competition/Antitrust, which joins the group formed by Banking & Finance, Capital Markets, Corporate/M&A, Dispute Resolution: Arbitration and Real Estate.
In Colombia, it has achieved five practices classified in Band 1, thanks to the rise of Corporate/M&A and Energy & Natural Resources, which join Banking & Finance, Capital Markets and Tax, already located in the highest category.
In Mexico, Pérez-Llorca obtained a Band 1 in Dispute Resolution: Civil & Commercial Litigation: Highly Regarded, in addition to the promotion of Projects to Band 2.
Regarding Band 2, the firm is ranked in Dispute Resolution: Litigation, Energy & Natural Resources: Oil & Gas, Environment and Projects in Peru; Dispute Resolution: Civil & Commercial Litigation, Intellectual Property, International Trade/WTO, Public Law and Real Estate in Colombia; and in Corporate/M&A: Elite, Intellectual Property and Projects in Mexico.
