Andersen has signed a lease agreement with Gmp, a leading real estate group in Spain, for a building located at 3 Hermosilla Street. The nearly 7,000-square-meter property will be the firm’s new headquarters starting in September 2027. As José Vicente Morote, managing partner of Andersen, states, “The move to this new building reflects the evolution we have experienced in recent years and the position we have consolidated in Iberia. It better suits our current and future needs and will allow us to continue growing in a location that meets the requirements of our project.”

The office move is part of the firm’s strategic plan, which reflects sustained growth in both business volume and the number of professionals joining the company. In fact, since 2020, Andersen has increased its revenue by more than 255%, from €22.5 million in 2020 to €80 million in 2025. Similarly, the firm has grown from 254 professionals in 2020 to 544 in 2025. By the end of 2026, revenue in Iberia is projected to exceed €110 million.

The new headquarters will allow the firm to face the next phase of its Iberian positioning with greater confidence and continue driving its development, both organically and through future acquisitions. “Hermosilla 3 is not just a change of headquarters. It is a decision designed to improve our work, strengthen collaboration between teams, and offer our professionals and clients an environment that reflects the high standards we have achieved,” stated José Vicente Morote, adding that “this headquarters will allow us to work in a more integrated way, enhance collaboration between teams, and offer the best possible environment for our professionals and clients.”

A headquarters located in Madrid’s prime area and committed to sustainability

Andersen’s new headquarters building is located in the heart of the Salamanca district, on Hermosilla Street, between Paseo de la Castellana and Serrano Street. Designed by the prestigious Rafael de La-Hoz studio, it combines design, efficiency, and well-being, and boasts LEED Platinum certification and an A energy rating. The building also complies with the European Union’s Taxonomy.

Gmp will also soon undertake various actions in the property, such as the incorporation of new spaces and services focused on well-being, flexibility and connection, including a “wellness place” with gym and changing rooms, large garden areas, terraces and areas designed to encourage interaction and collaboration.
