Pérez-Llorca increased its pro forma global revenue by 28% in 2025, closing the year with a turnover of €211.3 million (approximately $250 million). This figure consolidates the double-digit growth trajectory the firm has maintained over the last five years. This pro forma revenue includes sales for the entire 2025 fiscal year in Spain, Portugal, and Mexico, as well as in Colombia, a new market for the firm.
The firm’s sales in Spanish law increased to €155.8 million, representing approximately 17% more than in 2024. Sales in Portuguese, Mexican, and Colombian law registered pro forma sales of €55.5 million, representing 26% of the firm’s global revenue.
The increase in revenue reflects both the solid performance of the Spanish market and the strong expansion of the international business, which continues to gain weight in the firm as a whole.
These figures, pending the completion of the audit, once again place Pérez-Llorca at record sales levels and consolidate its trajectory of sustained growth. Over the last decade (2016-2025), Pérez-Llorca has increased its sales sixfold.
“The growth achieved in 2025 is the result of having a very clear roadmap in the four markets where we operate: advising our clients on highly complex transactions, significant disputes, and regulatory matters, with consistent standards of excellence and a clear focus on attracting and developing top talent. Our ambition is, and will continue to be, to grow in all the jurisdictions where we are present,” stated Pedro Pérez-Llorca, managing partner of Pérez-Llorca.
Estrategia internacional
To boost and capitalize on its global growth, Pérez-Llorca launched Scala in 2025, an internal project designed to take advantage of the opportunities offered by its internationalization process and consolidate its position as one of the leading legal services firms in Latin America.
Scala not only facilitates selective expansion in key markets and comprehensive, coordinated service to large clients with a multi-jurisdictional presence, but also channels international opportunities for Pérez-Llorca’s talent.
As part of this push, Pedro Pérez-Llorca, managing partner of the firm, has temporarily moved to Mexico City for a year with the aim of strengthening a growing project on the ground and supporting the Americas team: Iván Delgado, international executive partner; Jorge Mondragón, country chair of Mexico; and Mauricio Piñeros, country chair of Colombia.
Julio Lujambio, executive partner, implements the strategy and manages the Iberian market from Spain, and Constanza Vergara, partner and COO of Pérez-Llorca, coordinates the Firm’s operational management.
Project Scala also contemplates a reorganization of the group of companies that will allow it to capture all the opportunities that arise while ensuring the most appropriate structure.
As part of this international consolidation, the firm recently announced the upcoming opening of an office in Abu Dhabi, making it the first Ibero-American firm with a physical presence in the city. This new office will be headed by Gonçalo Capela Godinho, who succeeds Carlos Vaz de Almeida as managing partner of the Portugal office, along with Inês Arruda and Adolfo Mesquita Nunes, who are country co-chairs.
