Ontier strengthens its Labor & Employment department with the addition of Jaime Yélamos Bermúdez-Coronel as partner in its Seville office. This move intensifies the firm’s growth in Andalusia and bolsters one of the areas with the highest demand in the current business environment.
Jaime Yélamos joins accompanied by a team with extensive experience in Employment Law, including Fernando Yélamos and Rafael Valseca López, thereby enhancing Ontier’s capacity to provide comprehensive, client-focused labor advice tailored to business needs. The new team will integrate into the Labor & Employment practice, which is led nationally by partner José María Fernández Mota and already features Eduardo González Biedma in Seville—a professor of Employment and Social Security Law at the University of Seville.
Jaime Yélamos, holder of a Law degree and a degree in Political Science and Public Administration, brings a well-established track record in business advisory work, with broad expertise in collective bargaining, collective disputes, employment regulation proceedings, workplace accidents, and Social Security matters. Throughout his career, he has led Employment Law practices at various firms, blending high technical expertise with a clear business orientation. In addition to his professional practice, he has pursued significant academic activities as a lecturer at the Cajasol Institute of Studies, teaching in the Master’s in Business Legal Advisory.
